Her WoT score on Coracle is 25 for me and the friend of hers you post is a 2. As a reference, your score is 315. It's working as a pretty good good indicator for me.

i need go mess around with coracle n see the WoT algo they’ve got, so generally what is a low score and what’s a high score ?

That’s subjective and also depends how many people you follow. Here’s the algo.
