In the old relationship it was my own biz, though. I lucked out very early in life and struck gold, but small businesses need a LOT of tending. It pollutes every moment of your life. It was christmas morning and I would be sitting there wanting to get work done because downtime was losing money and imperiling things for me.

Once it grew to the point I could have some more hands take care of things the pressure waned, but the habit remained.
