People often don't seem to know, you can usually make that stuff go away, if you change the way you're eating for a while.

Sorry for the late reply.

I will say that adding magnesium and potassium to my diet, drinking more water and lowering my sodium intake has definitely made my migraines less intense and less frequent. At this point I just get micro-migraines now.
