Volunteering at the marathon is especially meaningful for veterans who are hams, as it allows them to stay connected to the service community and give back in a unique and impactful way. This year’s race will be extra special, marking the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps, a milestone that adds deeper pride and significance to the event.

The volunteer portal has opened to sign up with the Marine Corps Marathon Office.
The direct link is: https://xactllc.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/?id=99519.
You can also go to https://www.marinemarathon.com/ and look for the “Volunteer” menu option.
This is the only sign up you will have to do this year. Please make sure you answer all questions, including the check box for the disclaimer acknowledgement and typing in your name as a signature. Then click the “Sign Up To Volunteer” button. If you are not immediately redirected to a page acknowledging your sign up, scroll up and look for errors. You will also receive an email within a few minutes confirming that you volunteered from the Marine Corps Marathon Office. If you don’t get this you didn’t successfully register (check your spam/junk folder).
