it is an attempt by Libertarians to invade New Hampshire Mexican Wet Back Style and turn it into a Libertarian Utopia
i knew about it for decades but i might actually do it now ... ( move there )
Yes, saw it 7 years ago. Since then, there was a big wave, and they're half way towards the initial goal iirc.
