**Golden oyster mushroom harvest to make homemade pizza chock-full of ingredients from the homestead!**

The golden oysters have been flushing in the maple sugar bush and I keep missing my window of opportunity to harvest them. Finally I grabbed a decent cluster to put on pizza for dinner. There's lots more on the way, it's been staying cool and damp here at the homestead, perfect conditions for mushrooms to flourish.

Homemade pizza, crust sauce and all. Sheep's milk, maple syrup, rabbit stock, rabbit sausage, and golden oyster mushrooms are the ingredients produced here at the homestead that made thier way into the meal.
