Poke around in all of the settings in the Strike app. I'm sure there is a way to set it so that when you receive bitcoin, you can elect to have it deposited to your bitcoin balance, as opposed to the fiat equivalent. I'm not sure if they still take a part of it or not... have not tested it out yet tbh...
