So I can see the sky defaced by Musk? 😉
I was actually just thinking that. Living in urban areas of florida all my life, ive never seen more than 7 to 10 stars in the sky on the clearest of nights. I just assumed (still do) that all these pictures floating around of thousands of stars and galaxy clouds are massively edited.
i can see hundreds if not thousands on a cloudless night now and I don’t think i can ever give it up. I fear the light pollution will have effects akin to not getting enough sunlight in society
even spiritually it’s just so grounding
I was way up in Canada about 2 months ago and the milky way was so bright....wild
