we still dont have a clean way to empty all funds in a lightning custodian
i think legend.lnbits is just gone. the others though... can i send a ecash token to another user so they can consolidate?

I'm pretty sure that lnbits has a 1 sat minimum balance as the default setting. That's most likely why you can't get that last sat withdrawn.
It’s impossible to empty these with lightning so they’re going to stick like that. You can always consolidate within the mint to another balance if needed using it just as ecash. I do find this is unfortunately one of the annoyances of the UX with these ecash wallets.
