What is Kerrisdale's objective here? If they plan on just running a smear campaign, why did they announce their intentions to do so beforehand? Just invalidstes the whole opinion. They'd have been better off trying to pose as a neutral party

They seem a short shop.

They are incentivized to publish and share their thesis, as they make returns on pubco miner being overvalued and the market agreeing.

The case is not weak.
