Crypto is full of scam. I know how much I've lost in the process of getting a Rio from a trading platform let's be very careful of anything to do with crypto however am new here trying to understand how this works any clue?

It's a social media platform, you need to add a lightning wallet to your profile. For example "wallet of Satoshi" it's the easiest one, but it's not working for US.
Tell me what platform you use, and I'll try to guide you, but I can't help you if you're using iOS, just I can tell you to use Damus recommended, and for Android use Amethyst.
Myself I'm using Amethyst, because I have a Samsung phone.
