I can’t move my 401K to a Bitcoin IRA until I change employers so I’m thinking of using MSTR as proxy. The stock value should go up as the value of Bitcoin in their treasury goes up. For the same number of outstanding shares, market cap will go up

However, hasn’t Saylor been continuously diluting the stock to finance more bitcoin buys. How does this balance out for people holding MSTR shares?
It’s a negative but as long as the new shares are used to buy more bitcoin, the impact I think should be minimal since the end result is more bitcoin in the treasury.
Owning Bitcoin is better than owning MSTR. Owning MSTR is better than owning S&P500 in my opinion.
