Patrick Roerhman is the only guy I know that packs his knives wrapped in a warning lable so you don't cut your thumb in half.

And it is NECESSARY as I saw someone almost get it done. These are my favorite kneck knives of all time. Absolutely perfect in every way.

Bare in mind, the police here have a habit of arresting people for having a butter knife..

It's malice not incompetence.

In other words, it is to promote a tendency toward incompetence in the general population, which makes it easier to control.
