That's what I do, but I like to check out the global feed about new interesting people but for me it is sometimes full of timestamp bots or of the nostr nossence curator bot and it doubles my news feed 😅
The global feed is full of scam promotions.. I think a simple Blockchain height bot is not that bad 👀
