Could you build a power source using water and bell syphons from a trickle fed water supply…?

I am sure you could. What are you trying to power with it?

Not much - probably a trickle charger or something. Standby Batteries, etc.

Just put a little paddle wheel under the discharge of the siphon, or an inline turbine of some sort in your pipe.

That’s kind of what I was thinking...
