He facilitated illegal activities. And worse tainted the Bitcoin brand to the point we are still dealing with it to this day.

I don't get the praise for this guy. You should read his transcripts 🤮The dude ordered a bunch of murders and asked for photographic proof. Really violent stuff all motivated by capital gain. The drug charges were easier to get him on so they went that route and sentenced him heavily which is why he gets to pose with other people in prison for non violent offences but he was really sick imo and probably deserves to be where he is.

The way drug “crimes” are enforced in this country is historically unjust. By creating a marketplace where buyers and sellers could interact remotely, it protected their physical safety and may have even saved lives. He was in his 20s when this took place and he deserves a second chance at life.
