Was thinking 🤔....dangerous 🤣

What if the government gave us all a universal basic income

But here's the kicker...

At the end of the month any remaining money would disappear and a new ubi payment appears on the 1st of the month

This would eliminate the ability to hoard and save

But then thinking out loud, what if someone used their ubi before it expires to buy stocks or bitcoin obviously 🤔

That throws up the question of spending limits

So my original question would have been, if money had an expiration date and wasn't able to be saved

How would people create value 🤔
