There is more to money than it’s form.
Gold is mostly people who want to go back to the old way because it was better than what we have now. They don't fully understand why it was better. They don't get that the more scarce assets wins.
China opened trade to the west under a silver standard. The difference in inflation between gold and silver had a profound effect economically. Other contributors piled into that gap making the difference in outcomes even bigger. That era is referred to by the Chinese as the century of humiliation.
#bitcoin supply is already lower inflation than gold. The gap is getting bigger every 4 years. There is another century of humiliation in the making and it won't be drawn on country lines this time.
