Surprised to see 2nd degree when it was clearly pre-meditated. Will be interesting to see if it’s upgraded to 1st degree when more information comes out. What misinformation is out there? He’s from a wealthy family and wrote in his journal ahead of time about the murder. He went to Gilman School ($40,000 a year high school) and Penn ($64,000 a year). He used a 3D printed gun design by Chairmanwon. He clearly stalked and waited for his target (video evidence). You’re not defending this heinous crime are you?

I'm presuming innocence until found guilty. Also I generally don't trust the police, media, etc... So definitely questioning some of what you've stated as fact.

That is he is the shooter.
So the guy that wrote he was going to do it, who was caught with the firearm and suppressor used on him, and with all the surveillance video evidence including video of him with his mask off, you think it was someone else that got away and he’s the fall guy? Mandana, wake up to reality.
Why is he pleading not guilty if he wrote a manifesto?
Why did he shoot someone in the back who he disagreed with? Why has he not been heard from in months and his mom reported him missing? Why do close friends say he went crazy after his back surgery? Crazy people do crazy things like plead not guilty when there is a mountain of evidence against them. This is nothing new. lol.
