One of the most valuable lessons I've learned in the last handful of years:

Some people, through their passive consumption of fear-porn legacy media and toxic social influences, have built an unconscious addiction to anger, despair, and other negative emotions.

It's become such a strong part of their identity, that when someone completely chill and unfazed by the madness of the world enters their space, they feel threatened by it, and will lash out in defense.

Don't let these people penetrate your defenses, even if they are a close friend or loved one that has fallen victim to the propaganda.

The protection of your own inner fire must be priority number one. Always.

Fear is amazingly powerful!

During covid I "decided" I didn't want anyone else to make me afraid again. I started investigating and asking questions. It required work and effort, but...

The spell broke!

Next time the media tries to make you afraid, shake yourself out of the narrative! Try to find the right questions.

Realize the similarities between the storytellers making kids afraid of ghosts, and the legacy media. They are using the same part of your brain.

“into a soul absolutely free from thoughts and emotion, even the tiger finds no room to insert its fierce claws.”

When they lash out at me I try to just be grateful i am no longer in the subconscious grip of all these influences anymore.

Well said. Only when we are filled with love 🧡 we can give others in return.
