Sure, I just wonder if the obsession with block lists is so widespread that you may feel like it is as quiet as nostr in practice? Maybe it's not that widespread, it's just very vocalised by a few. No idea

I don't think it matters, I can still find a minority of people on there who aren't obsessed with censorship, and that's probably still more people than are on nostr

feels like cross-posting apps could help, there's been a few mentioned but forgotten their names and not sure if nostr was added (at the time of me seeing them anyway)
how have you found it for your other interests? I think it would be easier to find pre-existing content on more diverse topics there. You do find some stuff on nostr, but it's few and far between. and you'll often see it's from a now inactive account or something
