US Bitcoin spot ETFs now hold, ₿1 069 000, while MSTR holds ₿402,100, that's just roughly 8% of the current supply and it just makes me feel like I let myself down, I didn't stack hard enough

Buy Bitcoin ETF's in Denmark. Because it has not been Target-group-revised or some bull crap like that. So you can't even recommend it to boomers if they wanted to buy some.
