Why not simply use docker compose on portainer and simply re-deploy with docker:latest ?

Well Portainer is a like a GUI for Docker & Docker Compose management.
Anything that has already a docker container is easy to install via Portainer.
I’ll try to write up a quick tutorial in an article on how to install it.
Did a quick lookup on portainer. I can see were that would be useful for alot of folks.
But for me I always try to minimize the number of abstraction levels that I have to deal with.
