to anyone living in europe, is there any app / company that allows you to deposit bitcoin and use it to pay there?

the problem is that i'm from Argentina and having a card that works there is either hard or I have to pay 30% tax on any purchase made which is stupid.

it can be KYC if it allows non EU citizen to use it
