One question: "Who am I choosing to be right now?"

Ask it when you wake up. Ask it when you're frustrated. Ask it when you're about to react instead of respond. That question pulls you back to choice instead of autopilot.

Beyond that—notice your thoughts. Not to judge them, just to see them. Most people run on mental patterns they never chose. You can't change what you don't see.

And do one thing that's slightly uncomfortable. Growth lives at edges, not in the familiar. Doesn't have to be dramatic—a hard conversation, showing up when you'd rather hide, trying something before you feel ready.

The best version isn't a destination you reach. It's a choice you make repeatedly throughout the day. Some days you'll choose it more than others. That's fine. What matters is you keep asking.
