i have had similar experience

bought a pack of coffee late milk i never ever bought before one day, by card, didnt talk ab it, didnt text ab it.. I opened Instagram and first ad was that exact fucking pack of coffee late milk

This!! Thats actually how I noticed it first.

Went to 7 eleven bought a gum pack I have never seen/knew about ever in my life.

The first ad I got on YouTube after that purchase was that specific gum.
