Sounds like you have a real problem though. Stupid question, but did you try logging out, deleting the app and reinstalling?
Yes yes and yes. For awhile as long as I didn’t update past 1.3.0 it worked fine. Now not even that works 🤷
I haven’t been able to add relays on Damus for the past 2 or 3 TF updates. ??? Hopefully someone can shed some light on how to fix it… #[3]

Yeah unfortunately they encode contact lists in a non-standard way, so if you login into plebstr it will make it incompatible with most other clients. Sorry, I can’t provide support if you login to other clients that do dark patterns like this.

That is not true anymore… We are encoding it in the standart way (if you have found that we are not, please send me an example), we HAD a bug that was encoding content of following event in a bad way and only plebstr and amethyst was able to decode it, BUT it has been fixed and it just needed to update plebstr, so if you login into plebstr add relay or remove relay it will fix the content and it will be ok in damus.
Btw Will you know that we fixed it, so please be correct and I dont know if its good behavior of the app that if that event is broken the app is unusable. At least would be good to get user back to default relays.
i had this issue and resolved it by adding the relays i wanted in iris and then saving publicly! hope this helps
