Being a landlord can be very challenging from finding the right renters, repairs, and legal expenses. Unfortunately the system is rigged against landlords in almost every way including legal representation because landlords make up a small percentage of a voting group compared to other business owners.

Honestly Google and other massive companies hope you go out of business so they can either buy it themselves or invest in other companies that will. Same thing that has happened to farm land.

Unfortunately I have no good advice.
