I don't take the heat well, that's why I live where I do. This is normal summer weather, we get into the 90s every once in a while.

When I was a teen I hitchhiked through Kansas once and it was close to -50 🥶
We have extreme winters here also, a few winters back 39 miles north of me hit -57 and was the 3rd coldest spot on earth. In my old age, I don't handle the cold as well as I use to, so I don't do the outdoors sports like I use to.

For sure. When the thermometer is -57 and the wind blows it is extreme, and the wind always blows here in the winter! 🥶 Still, I'd rather have to bundle up, can't take enough clothes off when it's hot like Arizona. I did a few years in Northern California and I saw 118, but unlike the dry Arizona weather it would be 100% humility at times, rice paddy's everywhere and a major river..
