His post speaks volumes of his ignorance about nostr. Social media apps can built on nostr. Wallets can be built on nostr. Live streaming and podcasting and nests/spaces can be built on nostr. Private chat can be built on nostr. Moderated communities can be built on nostr. Websites and blogging sites can be built on nostr. Crowdfunding. Mapping/location sharing. Built on nostr. In fact all of these things have already been built on nostr, and it seems to be only the beginning. Naval would do himself a favor to spend more time here before spouting nonsense about what marketing is and isn’t effective on nostr.

Yes and also I think that status is different on nostr. I think the idea of status and even money will change in the next 5 years. I’m slightly shocked that he said that actually but maybe I don’t get it. 😂

To me it came off as an either an off the cuff “thinking out loud” statement, or as a very uninformed and snobby judgment. Either way I think people care too much what this guy has to say about anything.
