My TV has been showing signs of wanting to die for some time now. I usually have to wait upwards of 10 minutes after turning on for it to stabilize the graphic glitches. And one of the HDMI ports has fubar sound. Crazy thing is that its only 13 years old now and these issues began before it was even 10 years old
A few years back I thought about replacing it but kept putting it off. I am getting increasingly tempted though but would need to figure out what to do with the current tv. Recycle? Use for Nodeyez?
Theres also the matter of cost. I remember spending over $1600 on this one. Thats an average cost of over $10/month over lifetime. The idea of buying on credit isnt appealing, but counterbalanced with potential QoL improvements. And Id have to sort out what all this OLED, QLED, Neo LED etc means..
Analysis paralysis... likely wont change anything till next year
My TV is 11 years old, has a permanent yellow line in one corner. Works fine otherwise.
Stay humble and stack sats 🫡

Doesn't really help. He needs a monitor/tv.
Vic is humble. He stacks and uses the coin.
Me?
I wanna wrestle you into submission.
I was trying to be supportive of his frugal stretch.
Why are you so invested in Vic buying a TV somehow? Do you sell TV's? 🤔
