This is a rather robust calculator! Is the goal of this to essentially show how much bitcoin you can retain after paying off a mortgage?
Yeah, it is all about exploring the exercise of borrowing against some equity to buy and long hold Bitcoin. There could be a trigger that pays off the mortgage once bitcoin value gets to a point of the pay down trigger selected, or the payoff can be left to happen naturally at the term of the loan, leaving the person with all the coin. Depends on everyone’s goals. Trying to make it flexible and insightful but still tweaking for the best layout UX and formula testing.
