Did it with 40s instead of 50s - always better to go for time with form and less weight than try to be a hero and tweak something. Had just done a ton of thrusters so shoulders were feeling it.
Was the right weight, had to split everything in 10s except the DB Burpees. Somehow 24’ box step ups always kill me while I 30’ box jump with ease 🤷♂️
