Did you change your relays recently? If yes you can try and add the old ones back to get your follows back.

Afterwards i would suggest to add this relay wss://hist.nostr.land it automatically backs up your follows and profile whenever you make a change. If ever something happens you can go to hist.nostr.land on a browser and restore your follows or profile
