We’re talking about appstores not nostr in general. With multiple tor hidden relays and a desktop client that does this would work just fine. I imagine it would be insanely frustrating for the feds.

I suspect non-tor public relay operators would be forced to censor those kinds if selling drugs in nostr got popular
