Sometimes I listen to the most brilliant minds being interviewed and I get so mad because the right questions are not being asked.

Podcasters ask the same 5 basic questions the last 25 podcasters asked.

“So tell us where people can find you” — “nostr. My npub is nostr:npub19u565v7z5w69cthnygfg0yjgkt62fxsq90gdurapdj2wzw9vdufsvqng44” 😂

Like these people will have a vision of where humanity and tech is headed over the next 2000 years and people want to talk about a trendy political topic that will be forgotten tomorrow.

The truth is they are not allowed to ask.

I used to interview people and no one ever put a stipulation on what I could ask. Even Musk didn’t put a stipulation on what I could ask.

When I’d interview survivors of abuse I’d ask twice before the interview if there was anything specifically that they wouldn’t want to talk about and not one person gave guardrails. I’m not the best interviewer but the conversations had something different about them.

I guess it is a matter of leverage. If they need something from you then they would be open interview and if you need them for the news cycle then I guess they have leverage. The lies in the interviews and no challenges to the claims can only be explained by that.
