Theoretically if I connected to 15 relays my node will be broadcasted to all of them. I just checked this one tool https://nostrich.land/check-event.html and seems like my note broadcasted to more than 15 relays 🤔 How ?

Many public relays stream events from larger public relays. Once your event is out on big public relays you have little to no control over its propagation.
This is why though deleting events is supported by most relays, practically speaking it’s very difficult to get back your events because you don’t even know all the places they are stored (you didn’t broadcast them there personally).
Doesn't the wine relay broadcast your notes to others?
