Might be the starter or the cable connecting the battery.
Sometimes the new battery is almost dead when you buy it, make sure to charge it up.

Make sure everything's tight. if it's really cold like when I lived in Minnesota, can get weird.
if there's absolutely no power it's probably some connection issue.
