My first take was that It seemed to me that the third most popular candidate’s voters are more likely to favor Milei than Massa, but I’m no expert.

I agree it will absolutely be contentious in this interim period! I’m doing to keep an eye on it and looking forward to November. 🙂
I don’t have a dog in the fight per se but IMHO I think the people of Argentina deserve to try something different than their current, clearly not working approach and a lot of what Milei offers seems appealing (though no one is perfect obviously and there are appropriate limits to presidential power).
