Is the Unix timestamp bug still a thing? Like, does it still mean a hardfork some time from now?

Yes but for some reason I can't remember it's not a problem for Bitcoin until sometime after 2100. And it will need a HF AFAIK

Yea. Its block header calculation. Old nodes will break.
