I'm reasonably sure that if anyone had been harmed by them, Info Wars would have been sued already. So they're probably at least safer than most OTC drugs.

They not likely to be unsafe. Just ineffective because they use contract manufacturers to produce run of the mill formulations.

It's all about branding and marketing in supplements.
