👀 I used to drive 10 miles to my local Steak ‘n Shake but they closed last year 😭
Only if it supports farmers local to the establishment. Licensees rarely ever get that level of autonomy and source from your average garbage supply chains.
If I could scale I'd start a BBQ joint with organic pastured pork. That pork changes your life.
