Israeli forces arrested and brutally beat American podcaster Eric Maddox today while he was filming in Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

Maddox was documenting a settlers’ provocative march and their assaults on Palestinian residents in the old city of Hebron.

His arrest has raised concern among journalists and press freedom advocates.
