I think that’s the trick, if you do things all at once it’s not sustainable.

My big thing right now is alcohol… I’m toying with the idea of quitting it, feel like it’s holding me back health wise

Main thing is, don’t make quitting alcohol the goal.

Make it your identity.

If somebody asks, just say “I don’t drink” and also walk through the store as somebody that doesn’t think.

Then you won’t even ponder on it and also every single action and habit like that will confirm your identity as somebody that doesn’t drink 🫡
