The vote counts were being broadcasted and he was doing poorly. Then all of sudden the entity that ratifies the winner announced he won. Everyone and their mother knew what had happened. Maduro is a dictator and he wonāt let go of the power.
The police and military follow rank and have benefited from Maduro, but some are turning and taking their uniform off.
