Lol using monero doesn't fix this... If someone wants all of your keys and wants to inflict massive violence, idk how "use Monero" fixes that at all, it's still key based.

Monero is part of your OpSec. Why would someone know you have those keys in the first place if not leaked through a KYC exchange or because someone followed your onchain tracks.

Well, cuz you have to use money to buy physical goods. How are you going to use monero to buy meat, milk or cheese with good opsec?

If you don't wnat anybody to know you own cryptocurrency buy giftcards, exchange for cash.

But if you want to use cryptocurrency directly it's best to use LN for small tx and Monero for big tx as the receiver can not stalk your address.
