Did that potential down payment savings get invested in #₿ at the right time?
Do you have a decent quality of life?
Is your family happy?
Did you buy the home at the right time in the market?
Does the home have rare qualities that increase value over time?
Does the home generate productive attributes over consumptive ones?
Are there things you can do with ownership that you can't do with renting?
More people in the market currently want to own a home than bitcoin.
