It’d be nice to have genuine discussions about onboarding black Americans and the issues Bitcoin solves in inner cities & Appalachia. (outside of conversations hosted by Black Bit Bills … they’re doing great work and all but they can’t be the only ones… it’ll turn them into gatekeepers)

Maybe even conversations about things women in the space (non-devs/tech) have to deal with in upholding a Bitcoin family.

Or even conversations about upholding the Bitcoin ethos introduced via the white paper…

There are a whole lot of conversations that need to be had with the black community before bitcoin.

Stability first.

Such as?

Love it! We have an episode dropping in a couple of weeks with Ian Gaines (who’s done stuff with BBB, bitcoin policy institute, and more) on Bitcoin and the African American community, trust/distrust in the government, etc.

But agree, more of those conversations. Thanks :)

I know Ian! He edited a couple of the articles I wrote and published to the bbb website! I’m sure the convo will be great.

I wrote this: https://a.co/d/7vIvCZo

it offers black Americans a strategy for assuming a Bitcoin standard while using Bitcoin beach as a case study and my life as an example for bitcoins necessity and how it can work in the black community.
