Personally, I don't think being allowed to sodomize someone is a human right.

Human Rights are things like being able to reasonable access water, food, and shelter without major incumbent from governments.

If a government is proactively restricting your ability to access basic necessities then it is a violation of human rights.

The ability to reasonably protect oneself from physical harm is a human right, and should be granted and permissed as much as logically reasonable.
