I’ve spent all of my free time in the past 3 weeks trying to design and prototype a better approach to video transcoding, and serving. I can already see the light in the end of a tunnel, but production ready implementation will take some time and testing. I truly hope to have at least some level of availability to a few beta testers within a month or sooner! Sorry for not being as active on the Nostr, gotta pick dev work to make progress here.
